Request Account & Data Deletion

how to request deletion

step 1

Email us from the address linked to your Flare account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account in the message body.

step 2

Send your request to:

We will confirm your request and process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

data that will be deleted

The following data is permanently deleted with no retention period:

deleted Your account and Google sign-in association
deleted Your username and profile
deleted Your stored location data
deleted Rooms you created
deleted Messages you sent
deleted Your push notification token

data that may be retained

kept Anonymised, aggregate usage statistics not linked to your identity — retained indefinitely for service improvement.
